The workshop and the coming week

Oh.. the workshop! It was really good! I don't really have that good experience with workshops cos I never seem to learn anything. That doesn't mean that I know everything (or think I do), it just means that everyone just teaches the same things over and over. 

But not Natalia. It was really good! I actually learned something and the things she taught us is going to save me so much effort and time and it's all still going to look good. Yay for Natalia. :-)

So.. for this coming week. Beryl Diane contacted me a couple of days ago and said that she wanted to do a shoot with me; so we met up and had a coffee and shared ideas. This is our inspiration:

Fabolous Alek Wek shot by Sølve Sundsbø. We're doing the shoot the coming Sunday. I don't know the model, but Beryl does; I'll show a picture of her when I have one. Guro is of course doing makeup.

As for more this week; I just got contacted by a very pretty model that's called Emilie that asked if we could do something together as she likes my images and I of course said yes. I love working with new people. She seems like she has very good control of her body (which is essential) so I'm looking forward to shoot her. We're starting with a beauty shoot tho so her body is even more essential. She needs to be able to make small movements with her shoulders and eyes and chin to make the whole image.

I just talked to her so I don't know what kind of shoot we will be doing. I have to talk to Guro and see what she thinks.

Doing more and more photograhy it seems! 

Natalia Taffarel

Natalia Taffarel is holding a workshop here in Oslo this weekend; I just found out about it and I'm dying to go. Hope she has some fun things to teach us. :-)

Retouchings

I was at Storo yesterday and I saw these!

They were huge! Shot by Ragnar Hartvig and retouched by me for Storo Storsenter. :-) There were also huge posters inside and small cards everywhere.

Judy Judy Judy

I've been so bad with blogging lately - SORRY!

I had my shoot with Judy yesterday and she was fabolous! I have two friends - Haddy and Judy - that are such awesome awesome posers. I've always said that they should be teaching new models how to pose as new girls tend to be stiff and scared. I love the way they're not scared or shy at all and just move with the music and remember to keep their faces looking pretty.
