oktober 7, 2010 at 9:02 PM The shoot on Tuesday went well except for a few hickups here and there. I was home at 2 am after a 19-hour day. It was crazy.
The model, Hodo, did a very nice job. Such a beautiful girl with beauutiful skin. She warmed up to us fast and delivered.
I would love to have had behind the scenes images to show you, but I don't. What do I have tho is the video that Magnus made.
oktober 5, 2010 at 8:08 AM It has been some long 14ish hour days lately and today is not going to be any different. It's time for the shoot with Beryl, but I'm at Interfoto before so I'm moving on from one job to the other.
Beryl (stylist) which is the mastermind behind the idea is describing the shoot like this: ethnick chick visits the grungy 90's.
How awesome doesn't that sound? I'm looking forward to it at least! And I'm also bringing along an assistant called Magnus Enger Eide; he's a student that's just recently started working for Interfoto. He's there every Monday as a part of his mediastudies at school and he said he wants to learn more about studioshoots so he's helping me out.
Crew for today will be Guro Snøva as MUA, Beryl Diane as stylist, Magnus Enger Eide as my assistant and myself as photographer obviously. I'm actually not sure about the name of the model as I've not been in contact with her; that's been Beryls job this time.
The result will come up some time next week I'm guessing. Will be retouching the rest of the week. Eep eep.
I'm off to the gym to get some energy for the rest of the day.

september 16, 2010 at 12:02 PM Guro never showed up so I haven't really got a definite idea on what kind of shoot we're having, but I've at least found my inspiration! Armin Morbach! I got my TUSH magazine a couple of days ago and that's when I saw the images below. I googled him and saw that tons of beauty and fashion series that I have loved before was taken by him. I kept thinking "oh you did this one? oh and this one? oohh you did thaat one tooo, oooo". Guro is going to have fun :)
He has the coolest color images and this series, which is in the latest TUSH, is my inspiration:

september 15, 2010 at 9:34 AM Yesterday was fun. It was Natalias last day in Oslo and we went out and did some touristic stuff. Later in the evening we had some pizza (well, Pelle and I did at least) with Petter and his friend Amir. Before that tho we went to where Natalia was staying (Bryans house) and met this little fella.
I'm dying for a dog. DYING! Ahh. He was soooo cute and had insaane amounts of energy.
We went for pool later on and kicked some male ass. I was even good this time!

Guro is coming over today to discuss the beauty shoot with Emilie. Fin-Olav Prydz is doing the hair for this shoot and I'm also shooting his 3 images for Hairdresser of the year (Årets Frisør) which is soon. That's basically beauty as well, but the whole focus is on the hair. Fun :)
